It makes the M16 line especially easy to open when wearing gloves.The M16-14 Big Dog is a hefty full-size working knife with a modified dual grind Tanto-style blade.One-hand opening and closing is velvet smooth the result of Teflon bearings at the blade pivot. The ambidextrous thumb studs with checkered surface provide instant access in any circumstance. Every model features a removable Teflon plated stainless steel clothing gear clip. Also incorporated is the patented Lake And Walker Knife Safety (LAWKS) into all M16 models which converts them into virtual fixed blades when engaged.
